These terms govern your use of WeddingPicture AI at weddingpicture.ai (“the service”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
WeddingPicture AI is a party game. You upload a photograph of yourselves, and we give you a web page your wedding guests can visit. A guest writes a description of a scene, and an AI image model generates a picture of you in that scene, built on your photograph. You can view, download, hide and delete the results.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us at weddingpictureai@protonmail.com if you believe someone else has access to it.
You may only upload a photograph of people who have agreed to appear in it. By uploading, you confirm that:
We screen uploads automatically and will refuse photographs that appear to show a minor, nudity, or that we otherwise cannot use. This screening is a safeguard, not a guarantee — the responsibility for what you upload remains yours.
You are responsible for the page you share with your guests. Pictures your guests create are visible to you and, if you switch on the guest gallery, to anyone with your page link.

Every guest description is screened before an image is generated, and the image model is instructed to refuse unsuitable requests. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that breach these rules.
You keep all rights you have in the photograph you upload. As between you and us, the generated pictures are yours to keep, print, share and use however you like. We claim no ownership of them.
We need a limited licence to operate the service: permission to store your photograph, send it to our AI provider to generate pictures, store the results, and display them to you and your guests. That licence exists only to run the service and ends when you delete the content or your account. We do not use your photographs or generated pictures to train AI models, and we do not sell them.
AI-generated imagery may not be eligible for copyright protection in some countries. We make no promises about the legal status of the pictures the service produces.
Merchant of record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Any sales tax, VAT or GST due on your purchase is calculated, collected and remitted by Paddle. Your payment details are entered into and held by Paddle; they never reach our servers.
Pictures are sold in one-off packs — currently 50 pictures for $30 and 100 pictures for $50. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Prices are shown in USD and exclude any tax Paddle must collect in your country; the final amount payable is displayed at checkout before you confirm.
Packs are a single, non-recurring purchase. Once granted, pictures do not expire, stack with any pictures you already have, are tied to the account that bought them, and cannot be transferred.
One picture is used each time the service successfully generates an image. If a guest's description is refused by our screening, or generation fails for a technical reason, no picture is used — it is returned to your balance automatically. Deleting or hiding a picture you have already generated does not return it, because it has already been produced.
14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of buying, for any pictures you have not used.

This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation you may have under consumer law in your country. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, you acknowledge that generating a picture begins performance of the service and, to the extent permitted by law, uses up that right for the pictures generated. Refunds are processed in accordance with Paddle's buyer terms.
We work hard to keep the service running, particularly on weekends when weddings happen, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service depends on third parties — our hosting provider, our database provider and our AI provider — and an outage at any of them can interrupt it.
If a failure on our side prevents you from using pictures you have paid for on your wedding day, email us and we will refund the unused pictures in full, whether or not the 14 days have passed.
Generated pictures are produced by a third-party AI model. The results are unpredictable by nature: likeness, composition and quality vary, and some attempts will be better than others. We cannot guarantee that any particular picture will look the way you imagined it. This is normal for AI image generation and is not a defect.
You can delete individual pictures at any time from your dashboard, and replace your uploaded photograph whenever you like. To delete your account and everything in it, email weddingpictureai@protonmail.com and we will do it within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for the detail.
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. If we close your account for a reason other than a breach, we will refund any unused pictures. If we close it because of a breach, no refund is due.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will email account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WeddingPicture AI operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
